What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, email address, type of inquiry and the message itself. They are used solely to reply to that inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare the quote you requested.

Audience measurement: as you browse the site we record the IP address, the approximate country derived from it, the pages visited and their order, the date and time, the site you arrived from and the type of browser, operating system and device. This data is used exclusively to know how many people visit the site and how they move through it. It is not used for advertising, it is not cross-referenced with any other source and nothing is shared with third parties: the country is calculated on our own server, without sending the IP to any external service. This measurement does not use cookies.

Legal basis

For the form: your consent when you submit it and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request. For audience measurement: the owner's legitimate interest in knowing how its own site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), in the least invasive way possible.

How long we keep the data

Form data is kept while the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods; if the inquiry does not lead to an engagement, it is deleted once it is no longer needed. Audience measurement data is deleted automatically after 180 days.

Recipients

No data is shared with third parties, except where legally required. The data is hosted on the servers of the web hosting provider, which acts as data processor.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@vectorzeroent.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
