The code and the content are yours. If one day you want to move them elsewhere, you take them with you. There is no lock-in.

The panel
Every site that leaves this studio ships with an admin panel: you log in, change a text or an image, save, and it is live. No plugins to update, and no calling us over every comma. The screenshot shows this site’s real panel; yours gets built to fit your site.
The process
You tell us what it is for, what content exists and who will keep it updated. That gives us the scope and a proposal with its terms.
We put the pages and the route through them in order before drawing anything. Then the design, with the revision rounds set in the contract: not endless, and no surprise halfway through.
We write the site and its admin panel. Also the contact or order forms the project needs.
We load the text and images and test the site on phone and desktop. We check that every form arrives where it should.
We publish on your hosting or on hosting we manage, with the domain and the email accounts. Maintenance afterwards if you want it.

How it’s paid
A commissioned website usually runs as flat-fee work: a defined scope, a fixed quote and no cut afterwards. Terms are settled before we start, they go in writing, and they don’t change on the invoice.
Flat fee
The usual arrangement for websites. We agree the scope, sign it, and there is no cut afterwards.
Revenue share
Makes sense when something sells on an ongoing basis, like a book or a game. On a commissioned website it’s the exception, but it exists.
Co-production
If the project convinces us, we fund the development ourselves and share the result.
These aren’t catalogue rates: they’re the three ends of the range we move between. Whatever we agree gets signed before we start.
By the piece
You don’t have to commission the whole thing: you can hire a single piece, and it gets quoted on its own.

Yes: we code every custom website from scratch. We don't build on WordPress, on a framework, or on a purchased template: we write your website's code for your website.
That's more work on our side, but it means you don't drag around thousands of lines you never use, there are no plugins to update or break, you don't depend on a platform that can raise its fees or change the rules, and the site loads fast because it only carries what it needs.
Yes, whatever it takes for the site to run without you having to wrestle with it: hosting management, domain registration, domain email accounts, admin panels so you can update content, contact and order forms, and ongoing maintenance afterwards if you want it.
