We publish your book on Amazon KDP, in paperback and digital. The work stays yours, and we decide together how we work: flat fee, revenue share, or with us putting up the money.
Why this exists
You can publish on your own. Publishing well takes work.
Amazon KDP is free and anyone can upload a file. The listing isn't the problem: it's everything that comes before it. An unedited text shows on the first page. A cover made with Amazon's template can be spotted a mile away. A poorly done layout turns a book into a printed document.
That part is what we do. We're not a traditional publisher that picks manuscripts and keeps the rights, and we're not a platform that charges you to upload a file. We're the team that does the editorial work, gets paid for it, and steps aside.
How it works
From a Word document to a book on sale

You send us the manuscript
In Word, in Google Docs, or however you have it. We read it in full, tell you what it needs, and propose how to work on it: it can be a fixed quote, revenue share, co-production, or a mix. If we think the book is not ready yet, we tell you that too.

Editing and proofreading
Copyediting and proofreading. You get the text back with every change marked one by one: you decide which ones go in and which don't. It's your book.

Cover and interior layout
A cover designed for both editions, an interior layout built for print-on-demand, and ePub generation. No templates.

Amazon KDP listing
We list the paperback and the digital edition linked to each other, with the product page written, the categories chosen, and the keywords in place.

On sale
Ten to fourteen weeks from the day you deliver the manuscript. You keep all the final files: the print-ready interior, the ePub, and the high-resolution cover.
The terms, upfront
What we don't do
A publisher's fine print usually sits at the end of the contract. Ours is right here at the top.
- The work is yours. We don't buy the intellectual property and we don't appear as authors.
- We don't ask for exclusivity over what you write next.
- The KDP account can be yours, and the royalties go to you.
- The final files are yours, in editable format.
- Whatever we agree on is signed before we start, never after.
What it costs
Three ways to work together
These aren't catalog rates: they're the three ends of the range we work within. Most agreements land somewhere in between, depending on what the project needs.
Fixed quote
Flat fee
You pay for the work, we do it, and that's it. No commission and no share afterward: everything the book earns is yours. This is the usual choice when the project is already clear and just needs execution.
Percentage to be agreed
Revenue share
We come in charging less upfront and, in exchange, take a percentage of sales. How much depends on the project and on how much we take on: there's no fixed number. It works when you want support without a big outlay at the start.
We fund it
Co-production
If the project convinces us, we put up the development money and share the outcome on the terms we agree on. We bet on the book as much as you do.
To give you a number we need the manuscript and the word count: a 400-page unedited novel is not the same job as a 120-page essay that has already been through a proofreader. If you only need one part —the cover, the interior layout, the ePub— it can be hired on its own.
And if your case doesn't fit any of the three, say so: we'll look at it. We'd rather build the agreement around the project than shoehorn it into a rate.

Send us whatever you have
A manuscript, a document with the idea, or just an email explaining what it's about, to info@vectorzeroent.com. It doesn't have to be finished, and it doesn't have to be pretty.
If what you're bringing is a game idea, write to us first without sharing it: we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and then we talk. It protects us both — your idea, and us from claims over something we were already working on.
